Welcome to the South Australian old Rover website.
Initially, this site will just be a database of old Rovers. Eventually, it will include details of crew reunions, photographs and other news of interest to old Rovers everywhere, especially for those who now live overseas or who have lost contact with their Crew members.
South Australia is hosting the 18th Australian Rover Moot (30 Dec. 2010 - 11 Jan. 2011) and there are lots of exciting opportunities for old Rovers to be involved. The organisers may contact some of you who have specialised skills or experience to ask if you would like to be part of the team.
Please note that this is a public site. Some information you enter can be viewed by any person visiting this site (Name, Rover Crew, Public contact details). However, for most people, details of this nature are commonly available through internet searches, commercial data firms, the telephone book and so on. Please feel free to omit any information you do not wish to divulge. Your private contact details and information about work and Scouting skills are only viewable by site administrators and authorised persons. You may search for old Rovers by family name or Rover Crew. In the case of an individual search, that person's details will be displayed. In the case of a Crew search, an entire list of Crew members who have registered with this site will be shown.
